What is the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, sign into your account using the email address and password you used during checkout.

Once you’re signed in, kindly click this icon ‘  ‘ at the top right corner and go to “My Orders” from the menu.

If you are unable to track your order here, please email your tracking number to us, we shall check the order status for you.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at +6017 732 0266 (Message/Whatsapp only) as soon as possible with your order number.

There is a human behind each response! Please allow up to 3 business days for us to get back to you.

However, we apologize that it would be impossible for any order cancellation once the item is dispatched out.

(Non-Online Order) What if I am looking for a certain plant & pot which is not listed on the online store?

Please contact us directly for more variety of plants & pots.
Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight and distance of product for orders made directly with us (not through the online store).

*Promotion for free shipping on order more than RM 150 in a single order/receipt, will only be available at the online store (delivery in Klang Valley only) at this moment.

I would like to ask for a refund or exchange of product, what should I do?

We only allow refund if products are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same time, kindly send us an email at with the item image and details. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to response and assist you.


When can I expect my order to be received?

Once the payment is confirmed, items will usually be dispatched within 3 business days.

Please note that there may be some delays in shipment especially during holiday periods.

Orders will be dispatched every Monday to Friday (Malaysia Time), not on weekends or public holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Delivery fees are charged per order and based on delivery address, regardless of the amount or quantity of plants purchased. Delivery fees are charged at RM 8 for Klang Valley area. We provide FREE delivery for purchases of more than RM150 in a single order/receipt through our online store (Klang Valley only).

Can I collect the items myself?

Yes; plants or other items for self-collection can be picked up within 3 working days upon receiving payment through online store. Delivery fees will not be charged for self-collection items.

Do you support Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, Cash of Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed through online store at the moment.

We offer delivery for both Malaysia and Overseas.

Why does my plant look different than the one on the website?

Natural plants are living organisms which have slight variations in size, bushiness, color, length, and height as the condition of each plant varies. However, if you are unhappy with the differences in your plant and what is displayed online, please contact us at

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please inspect your package when you accept the delivery.
If your order arrived damaged, kindly share the photo to +6017 732 0266 (Whatsapp or Message only) along with the order number within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Once we confirm the issue, we will happily replace your order and bear the shipping fee of replacing the item.

However, Midorie Malaysia shall not be liable for the next shipping cost of any returning goods due to false information provided or receiver’s denial of receiving goods due to the exceed of delivery time frame by the couriers.
